Some of you may have noticed the text crawling across the screen about the upgrade that's taking place with our broadcast server. We wanted to give you a quick update on that. Our server is currently on the fritz, but we are expecting a new one to arrive any day now. In the meantime, we will only be airing Free Speech TV on Channel 12 and Classic Arts on Channel 15. Unless otherwise noted, all government shoots will still be broadcast live on the appropriate channels.
Unfortunately, due to the issues that we're currently having with our broadcast server, we aren't able to re-air the meetings on TV at this time. Fear not though, as they will be available right here at www.AmherstMedia.org/meetings. Please give us at least 48 hours to get the meetings up on the website. We will also continue to put our original, member produced content on the website as we receive it.
For our devoted Democracy Now fans, we will still be airing Democracy now at 8 am, but instead of re-airing it at the regular 5 pm time, it will re-air again at 7 pm.
Once the new server arrives, we will be offline for a number of days while we get the new server up and running. Just hang in with us for a little bit longer and we hope to be up and running at 100% capacity very soon. Keep checking back for updates!
Please be sure to pass this news along to your fellow Amherst Media viewers and thanks for watching!
