MEETING TIME: 6:00 pm. LOCATION: ARMS, Band Room. LIST OF TOPICS: Call to Order. No Public Comment. Updates on Capital Program Articles 14 Facilities and Buildings & 15 Bond Authorization. Take Positions on ATM Warrant Articles 21. Free Cash, 22 Stabilization, 35 Zoning - Apartment Bedroom Mix, & 37 Petition Special Act to Establish Low-Income Property Tax Credit. 3rd Quarter Budget Update. Any Logistical Issues Related to Town Meeting (time permitting); any key info/updates from the Town Manager and/or Board Members (time permitting). Topics the Chair did not reasonably anticipate 48 hours before the meeting.

Amherst Select Board

Select Board members are part-time Town officials and do not maintain regular office hours. The Select Board's Office, on the Mezzanine Level of Town Hall, is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. 

The Select Board usually meets twice a month on Monday evenings, and more frequently as necessary. Regular meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Room of Town Hall and the Select Board meets at 6:00 p.m. before most sessions of Town Meeting in the Music Room at the Amherst Regional Middle School.
